While this campaign did not reach its financial goal, oikos International has continued delivering impact across its mission. Our flagship LEAP program remained fully funded through our valued partners, ensuring students could continue developing leadership and systems-change competencies.
In parallel, our chapter support, advocacy efforts, and organizational capacity-building work continued entirely pro bono, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to empowering young leaders and strengthening our global network.
Impact snapshot during this campaign period:
Chapters actively supported: 19 chapters received tailored guidance, including:
Strengthening organizational and governance structures
Revitalizing local leadership and member engagement
Enhancing advocacy and sustainability initiatives
Supporting community-building and knowledge-sharing
Workshops and events conducted: 3 sessions, fully driven by our alumni network:
2 Community Calls on organizational and network development
1 Career Paths Call
Community engagement:
250+ students participated in leadership programs and advocacy initiatives
173+ members actively engaged in our WhatsApp community
Ongoing maintenance of our network’s IT infrastructure to support chapters and programs
Social media performance (since July):
Instagram: 25,644 impressions, 2,164 reach, 1.7% engagement rate
LinkedIn: 19,124 impressions, 8,882 reach, 16.9% engagement rate
To further our efforts in achieving financial sustainability of our organization, we have launched a new membership model -- oikos Patrons, where we invite oikos Alumni to contribute to oikos work long-term and get behind-the-scenes stories, and access global oikos Patrons community through a shared platform. We would love to have you there!
