Warm Greetings from SERUDS
Thank you for all your Generous Support to the Destitute Elders through esteemed organization GlobalGiving USA.
As part of our regular ongoing programs, two years ago we have started this Happy Old Age Home for the most neglected destitute elderly persons, who are homeless and left from sons and daughters and in-laws. We are continuously identifying these unfortunate old age women from different villages of Kurnool District and Other Districts of Andhra Pradesh State.
We are bringing them to our old age home and providing 3 times food like Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. For the recreation facilities we have provided some traditional activities for them and a Television.
The Age group of inmates are 60 plus to 90 years. In this age they are not able to work & feed themselves. So in this critical juncture SERUDS have been identified such 20 older women and serving every day. The older persons habituated to maintain the Tree plantation and regularly they are putting water into the trees.
Old age women are getting self confidence and forgetting the unfortunate days in their lives. They are very happy with other inmates in the old age home run by SERUDS charity.
Without your kind generous support it is very difficult for us to serve these unfortunate elderly persons.
