We are delighted to share that our charity has been recognized as a Top-Ranked Nonprofit by GlobalGiving, a USA 501(c)(3) tax-deductible organization. We sincerely thank you for your generous and timely sponsorship towards the SERUDS Old Age Home and your continued support in feeding and caring for the poor elderly residents.
Since 2012, we have been supporting 20 neglected senior citizens from rural villages in the Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. These elderly beneficiaries, aged between 60 and 90 years, are provided with nutritious meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — along with essential care. Many of them suffer from health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol issues, requiring regular medical attention and timely food. We also supply clothing and toiletry kits to ensure their comfort and hygiene.
Our dedicated volunteers and staff accompany the residents for biweekly medical checkups, following the doctor’s advice and ensuring continuous supply of prescribed medicines. Your generous contributions have been instrumental in meeting the day-to-day needs of these elderly individuals, bringing dignity and comfort to their lives.
Sadly, many of our residents were abandoned due to family disputes or neglect. Through your support, we help them rebuild their self-worth and lead a peaceful, dignified life in their later years.
