Hello Partners,
If you are keeping score, this was supposed to be the report of our first 1 or 2 children's homes getting up and running on our Child at Risk database. But like before, I still have bad news and good news.
Bad News: We are 0 for 6. This means we did 6 demos but we were not able to start training anyone yet. The reason is Covid 19 yet again. The omicron variant is causing the highest number of infected people Chiang Mai has seen so far. Many things are still moving along fairly normally though but children's homes are particularly sensitive to people coming to visit them as they are understandably trying to protect their children.
Good News:
So, still a work in progress but we are still making forward progress.
We are also exploring other ways to help children's homes with technology so stay tuned for our next update where I hope to give you *all* good news.
