Pakistan has been enduring severe monsoon weather since June 2022. As of 1 September, rainfall in the country is equivalent to 2.9 times the national 30-year average. This has caused widespread flooding and landslides, with severe repercussions for human lives, property and infrastructure. To date, 80 districts across Pakistan have been declared 'calamity hit' by the Government of Pakistan.
The floods took away everything the people owned, leaving them with nothing. We FRDP Pakistan already started responding the emergency situation and feeding the more then 15000 people per day but due to high need of food, we need the support to feed the people and provide the Tarpaulin Sheets to cover the families because they don't have any shelter to cover the kids and elderly people. This project will help them providing them cooked food and clean drinking water and Shelters.
People will have food and clean drinking water and stay healthy because they lost everything almost, Also they will have shelters to save the lives.
