The flood 2010 in Pakistan damaged million of people and in Thatta district about 850,000 people lost all their crops, homes and livestock. During the Month August 2011 on 11 & 12, rain created again a dangerous situation and flood victims again became victims.
As this project doing help for flood victims and at present they again in problem so send help to them in this difficult situation, as we will find donation, we will support them as quick as possible. Hope you will keep trust on AHD for the rehabilitation of flood victims.

Immediately Needs food medical for 1300 families

AHD staff working in Jati area with some 60 villages affected by floods and is supporting them with food and non food items support as well as safe drinking water through Global Giving project. At present AHD team visited and found urgent needs of the food and medical type for some 1,300 families from 60 villages. The villagers lost everything in the floods and as they returned to their native places/homes they finished whatever they found during the emergency. Now they need some support for survival till next crops come in months of Sept to Oct 2011.
The health of women is in danger and through this project we can save poor families.

AHD distributed 200 food packages for flood victim

Food package for 200 families distributed
AHD distributed some 200 packets in flood victims and still needs to support more families as thousands of families lost their homes, livestock and crops and now they need urgent support for their rehabilitation we are thankful of the donors of Global Giving and hope they will continue
