In war-torn Gaza, Gift of the Givers teams are forsaking their safety and sanity to provide essential humanitarian aid to the thousands of people who have been affected.
To provide vital relief amid this crisis, our team has been distributing vital financial assistance to families as they begin the process of finding shelter and restoring some stability to their lives that have been destroyed overnight.
Our team continues to provide hot, nutritious meals to displaced families who have lost their homes.
Our team has successfully established a medical point to provide essential health care to over 3,000 displaced people trapped in a shelter in northern Gaza. This newly equipped facility is now stocked with essential medical supplies, enabling us to provide health services to both the displaced families inside the shelter and those in the surrounding area.
We have laid the groundwork for establishing a new medical point in northeastern Gaza, within a school for displaced families. This facility will serve the thousands of displaced and stranded families in the north who currently have no access to health care.
Our team in Gaza organised an entertainment day for displaced children living in camps in the Khan Younis area. This initiative aimed to bring joy and laughter to young lives disrupted by war and displacement.
