Focus on our lasts partnerships…

The year 2023 ended on a high note at SFM Clichy thanks to our partnerships with two local actors: the ROKA association and the “Les Petits Débrouillards” association.

A successful second edition of a film with ROKA

This association with which we had already collaborated last year worked this year with a group of around ten trainees with varied backgrounds : of all ages and all kinds of social origin. This is how young school dropouts were able to work hand in hand with, for instance, Rachelyne, a volunteer who works as a psychologist within the association.

The theme addressed this year was about of “living together” and the exploration of the notion of fully embodying one’s identity or not within a society that is evolving more and more rapidly.

Our participants thus testified individually but also participated in all the technical stages of making the film: lighting, sound, editing, etc.

Develop a taste for the scientific approach with the Petits Débrouillards

As part of our schooling support workshops, we began a partnership at the beginning of December with the “Les Petits Débrouillards” association. They organize workshops to raise awareness of the scientific approach with a group of children of 8 years old from SFM Clichy in a fun way: exploration of major principles of physics and chemistry such as surface tension or even chemical reactions with sodium bicarbonate!

Our children loved these various experiences and were subsequently invited to summarize these workshops in the form of informative writings to strengthen their ability to simplify and synthesize scientific information.

This first cycle of workshops ended with an outing between parents and children at the Cité de la Science in Paris.
