Dear Supporters,
Happy world Menstrual Hygiene Day! 28th May.
We are pleased to inform you on the progress of the project with your ongoing support!
Project Pavitra through its workshops is making huge diffrerence in lives of women and girls. It has been proved instrumental in buidling up confidence of women and girls from the underserved areas of the society. It has helped women break the taboo and talk about menstrual health.
Since the launch of this project in March 2018, our trainers have delivered complimentary workshops on menstrual health and hygiene to over 1,51,986+ adolescent girls. 6,129+ females have been trained to become menstrual health and hygiene champions in 24 states of India, 11 countries in Africa, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and Hong Kong.
Your support in this initiative has played a pivotal role in bringing the much needed change.
Please see attached report for more details and also share with your family and friends and encourage to be part of this movement and help to reach out to more girls, thank you
Best Regards
PAVITRA Team
