On June 6 and 7, a festival of peacemaking projects of the Peace School occurred, where students could share their projects for the 2022-2023 academic year.
This time, for the first time, we decided to hold a festival of volunteer projects. During the two days of school, the participants reported on their volunteer activity, which was very multifaceted and exciting. Teachers mentioned because meetings with foreign volunteers took place at the peace school, many students gave their reports in English so that their colleagues from other countries could get to know the volunteer activities of Ukraine. As a result of the yearly activity, participants concluded how important it is to understand clear concepts about “peace,” “goodness,” “war," “harmony,” “friendship,” “volunteerism,” “mutual aid,” and “sacrifice.” The teachers noted how important it is to understand these universal values clearly.
During the year, the children carried out multifaceted projects, and even those who were behind the scenes did not remain indifferent. Such a final meeting gave everyone inspiration and strength to continue their activities for peace.
