Transforming Community for Social Change (TCSC) has just completed its next step in its project in Samburu. Simon from Samburu attended the three week training held from July 7 to 27. The training was led by Peter Serete from TCSC and Solange Maniraguha from HROC-Rwanda. He successfully completed the training and is now qualified to introduce and implement this and other peacemaking programs in Samburu County in Kenya.
The next step will be to conduct HROC workshops for the reconciliaiton coordinators that TCSC has identified in the three sub-locations in Samburu County. At the present time TCSC is still searching for addition funding to continue the trauma healing and reconciliation work.
