Dear Donor, may you receive a warm greeting. Thank you very much for your donation, your generosity is making a huge difference in the lives of thousands of low income families living in the underserved communities of the Punta Cana destination, whose children are receiving quality health care services
Quality is receiving a growing attention all around the world because it is essential in every human activity. For this reason, we have the need to improve constantly and continuously the health services to best grades of quality and efficiency-efficacy. The search for quality in the services represent a challenge, and also a strategic priority for the health professionals of the center
Nowadays the clinic continues offering health prevention programs, outpatient consultations, dental care, vaccination, emergency, laboratory, nutrition program, pharmacy services, x ray services, training program.
In this regard, as a result of the implementation of the COPE project (Oriented Client, Efficient Provider), already mentioned in the previous report, the Quality Committee then created has been working tirelessly in order to provide periodic and constant follow-up to the action plan developed.
Relevant monthly statistics: More than 900 children vaccinated , more than 1, 400 children served in emergency unit, more than 1,500 children served in the out patients consultations
