Dear Friends!
We have a very good news to share with you!
Our project "Pediatric Services in Remote Areas of Argentina" have been selected as GlobalGiving's Project of the Month for February 2014! And our work has been selected as this month's high-impact project that will benefit from the club's donations!

Donations will be used to continue covering basic needs for children in remote zones in Argentina. As we did in other locations, we will implement a safe drinking water project in another school in Pampa del Indio (Chaco). The project, that include its respective pumps and pipes, will provide drinking water to enable the children to have drinking and cooking water and even to irrigate a new small farm.
Contaminated water and lack of drinkable water are recurring problems in the schools of Chaco, impeding the healthy development of the children. Schools located in remote areas serves as a great contention for the kids, especially because attendance to class ensures them to receive their daily meal. In many instances children live so far away, they have to walk miles to attend school, even sleeping several nights a week in the classroom.
Based on the results obtained in previous drinking water project implemented, provide drinking water have been a key success factor to stop malnutrition child mortality and have allowed us to further improve their quality of life. Drinking water it is a foundation factor to support our Health (Pediatric Services), Nutrition and Education programs in remote zones in Argentina.
Thanks everyone for trusting in our foundation to be the liaison between underprivileged children who need our help and yourselves. As the poet Maya Angelou has said, 'People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.' And this is our mission— to make underprivileged children in remote zones feel that they are important and have access to opportunity
Thank you so much for your generosity.
Warm Regards
Guillermo
