Forests are not just collections of trees.
They are water sources, food systems, climate regulators, and the foundation of life for millions of people. Through the Plant 1,000,000 Trees in Indonesia Forest project, we work to restore forests while empowering the communities that depend on them. This initiative recognizes that lasting conservation is only possible when people and nature thrive together.
In many rural areas of Indonesia, forest degradation has led to water scarcity, declining soil fertility, and increased disaster risks. By restoring forest cover and buffer zones, this project helps protect ecosystems while strengthening local livelihoods through community-based conservation and agroforestry approaches.

When communities become forest stewards, conservation becomes sustainable.
