For many rural communities in Indonesia, forests are more than nature—they are protection.
As deforestation and land degradation increase, villages are becoming more vulnerable to floods, landslides, water scarcity, and climate shocks. Forests that once absorbed rainfall and stabilized soil are disappearing, leaving communities exposed.
Planting 1,000,000 trees is our way to restore that natural protection.
How Trees Protect Communities
Each tree planted contributes to:
Reducing floods by absorbing rainwater and slowing runoff
Preventing soil erosion and landslides
Protecting water sources and watersheds
Restoring degraded land around villages and farms
Strengthening livelihoods through community-based forest stewardship
These trees are planted with and cared for by local communities—ensuring long-term survival and real impact on the ground.
Why Your Support Matters
Tree planting is not a quick fix, but it is one of the most effective long-term solutions for climate resilience and disaster risk reduction. With your support, we can help communities rebuild their natural defenses—root by root.
Help protect communities by restoring forests.
