Dear Patrons,
Thank you so much for the support that you have provided so far for planting 20,000 trees in northern Rwanda. We are glad to share that we are going to start the land fencing work that we have started.
We want to start fencing for land 1 and 3 Because they are near the streets and road. This makes the lands 1 and 3 as high risk, as there will be disturbances from animals like goats, cows, and sheep, as well as from people.
I wanted to update on the expenses incurred so far for this particular activity of fencing for land 1 and 3.
There are five items for which we have spent money, which are:
1. Tubes 40*40: US$1111.38
2. Anti louie: US$18.7
3. Fence: US$1422.57
4. File Galvanize: US$ 88.91
5. Etandeur: US$62.24
6. Cement: US$130.00
Total: US$2833.8
We are attaching the following documents as part of this report:
1. Receipt of material purchased for fencing (2 receipts)
2. Photos of fencing work getting done in Land 1
3. Photos of fencing material purchased and received by us
We thank you once again for all the support you have provided, and we look forward for your continued support.
Thanks & Best Regards.
