As we reflect on the first half of 2026, we are deeply grateful for your continued partnership in bringing health, dignity, and hope to Bajau communities. Thanks to your unwavering support, the progress we shared in our previous report has continued to grow, creating meaningful and lasting improvements in the lives of children and families.
Reaching Our Expansion Goal
Health Support Extended to Remote Communities
We are pleased to share that we have successfully reached the additional remote Bajau settlement identified in our expansion plan. With this milestone achieved, essential health kits are now being distributed across all target communities in the region.
Children who previously had little or no access to basic hygiene supplies are now receiving regular support. In addition, community volunteers have been trained to help monitor local health needs and ensure that supplies are distributed consistently and effectively.
Stories of Change
Behind every statistic is a child, a family, and a future.
During a recent community visit, one mother shared that her children have experienced fewer illnesses since receiving regular hygiene supplies. Similar stories continue to emerge across the communities we serve, reminding us that sustainable change often begins with simple but consistent support.
These encouraging signs reinforce the importance of investing not only in immediate assistance but also in long-term community well-being.
Looking Ahead
As we move into the second half of 2026, our focus remains on strengthening community health through continued access to essential resources and practical health education.
Our priorities include:
Expanding the distribution of essential health and hygiene kits to ensure that vulnerable children and families continue to receive consistent support.
Strengthening Home and community-based health education programs focused on handwashing, personal hygiene, safe water practices, and disease prevention.
Developing additional educational materials that enable parents and caregivers to reinforce healthy habits at home.
We believe that lasting impact is achieved when communities are empowered to lead their own development. Every step we take today is helping to build a stronger foundation for future generations.
Because of your support, children are growing healthier, families are gaining valuable knowledge, and communities are becoming better equipped to shape their own future.
