Dear Donors,
Thank you for supporting this crucial project to provide home-based education to 300 vulnerable children in Nigeria. Your support helps keep children safe from trafficking while giving them access to learning and essential life skills.
Thousands of children in Nigeria are at risk of trafficking due to poverty, lack of education, and unsafe community environments. Many leave school or work on the streets, making them vulnerable to exploitation, while families often lack the resources or knowledge to protect them.
This project delivers literacy, numeracy, and life skills lessons directly in children’s homes. Trained educators visit regularly, engaging both children and families, monitoring safety, and keeping children connected to structured learning. By reaching children at home, the program reduces exposure to traffickers, prevents school dropout, and equips families with tools to protect their children.
Over time, children gain knowledge and skills that improve future opportunities, families become more informed and protective, and communities see reduced child exploitation and higher school attendance rates. Educated and safe children are more likely to contribute positively to society and local economies.
At this stage, donations received are not sufficient to begin implementation, but we remain hopeful that continued support will allow us to start reaching these at-risk children.
With thanks,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
