Because of your generous donations, the Support Yemeni Society Organization’s Team still implementing the humanitarian project, Save Yemeni Souls from COVID-19 in Yemen.

During Eid Al-Fitr holiday, the Support Yemeni Society Organization’s Team went to remote areas in Sana’a Governorate and distributed 40 hygiene kits to the most vulnerable poor people.

It is World Immunization Week, and Yemen’s first confirmed #COVID19 case was reported in April 2020, around 12 thousand cases have been officially reported, and more than two thousand associated deaths reported according to UNICEF. However, the actual number of COVID-19 cases in Yemen is unknown due to limited monitoring, testing, and reporting mechanisms in the war-torn country.

With your generous donations, SYS Team bought COVID-19 vaccines and distributed them to public hospitals in Taiz. Your donations are saving lives in Yemen.
