Development of the necessary skills to provide accompaniment to pregnant mothers, in such a way that they are able to give them tools and techniques of prenatal bonding and stimulation, to reduce stress during pregnancy and to favor an environment of support and confidence that allows them to communicate and relate to their unborn babies.
Pregnant women in situations of social vulnerability experience the stress of the environment and the conditions of an economy of scarcity. In addition to this adversity, the emotional changes of pregnancy and the consequences of this life situation, generate in it the stress hormone, cortisol; which is transmitted to the unborn baby during pregnancy, damaging the development of the baby's brain structure and preventing an affective bond and a state of emotional well-being.
The program leads to emotional recognition and channeling to counteract stress, teaches them the importance of affective bonding with the baby and its prenatal stimulation to favor an adequate development from the womb. It provides healing strategies that accommodate pregnancy decisions in the family and couple environment. The strategies of the project generate a state of internal emotional well-being of the pregnant woman and her baby; who will have a better start to life.
Prenatal stimulation favors an affective bond between the pregnant woman and the baby from the womb, as well as the proper development of the brain structure of the unborn baby, generating nerve connections from pregnancy and gives the baby a healthy and affective start in his life that, together with early childhood development programs, reduce the possibility that the individual in his adulthood is violent.
