Challenge

Tea workers live in scattered areas of the garden. No school was set up in those places. As a result, children are deprived of education. Due to lack of government initiatives for their education, a small portion of them are being deprived of education. As a result, they are deprived of social privileges and basic rights. They are deprived of wages paid by the authorities and engaged in various antisocial activities and are being persecuted by the fraudsters.

Solution

Through the establishment of informal schools, the children of the disadvantaged will be covered under primary education through the national curriculum up to the primary level. Free educational materials and small allowances will be provided to children. Moreover, sports and entertainment programs will be organized. A certificate will be provided in the education closing ceremony.

Long-Term Impact

Under this program, 100 children will be able to get direct primary education. Upon receiving primary education, one will be interested in higher education and social ambition will increase. Children's lives will evolve and return to the mainstream. Employment will increase and per capita income will increase. Living standards will improve.
