Dear GlobalGiving Community, thank you for being part of this transformative journey. Through your support, Promoting Child & Family Wellbeing in Tanzania has strengthened the safety, resilience, and emotional health of some of the most vulnerable children and families in our community. Your generosity allowed us to provide emergency medical care, prescription medicine, and chronic condition management to children who would otherwise go without. We’ve also been able to deliver consistent mental health and psychosocial support, including trauma-informed counseling, child protection seminars, and responsive social work. Our enrichment programs—art therapy, nature education, and structured sports—have offered children critical outlets for healing and self-expression in safe, affirming environments.
But this is not the end. This same exact work goes on, it'll just be housed under our main project page. While we’re simplifying our donation streams and integrating this work under our larger Families First program, our commitment to physical and emotional wellbeing is stronger than ever. These services will continue through our health and wellness arm, and remain essential to our goal of keeping children safe, supported, and home with their families. You can still donate on GlobalGiving through our main page, and continue following our progress through our Mailchimp newsletter.
