Meet Salar, a resilient five-year-old from Afrin who has faced challenges since birth due to cerebral atrophy caused by a lack of oxygen. His condition has resulted in delayed motor development, preventing him from standing independently and leading to shortened Achilles tendons and external foot rotation.
Thanks to your generosity, Salar recently visited the NSPPL Center in Afrin, where our specialists assessed his condition and provided him with tailored physical therapy. He also received essential assistive devices, including Night Kavo and Solid AFO braces, designed to support his movement and correct deformities. These interventions are a crucial step toward improving his mobility and quality of life.
