Dear Supporter,
We’re honored to share the story of Mohammed, a young boy from the countryside of Homs, whose journey has taken a hopeful turn—thanks to your continued generosity.
Born with a congenital limb condition resulting in one leg shorter than the other, Mohammed faced daily emotional and physical struggles. The teasing from his peers led him to abandon school and withdraw into near-total isolation. But that’s not where his story ends.
With the help of NSPPL’s Afrin center, Mohammed was evaluated by specialists and fitted with a custom AFO device that compensated for the length difference in his leg. Today, he walks confidently and independently—without the need for assistance. His most heartfelt wish? To return to school and follow his dreams.
Mohammed and his family extend their deepest gratitude to those who made this transformation possible. Your support helps children like him not only regain mobility, but reclaim hope, dignity, and a sense of belonging.
With every contribution, you become part of stories like Mohammed’s. Thank you for believing in brighter futures.
Warm regards,
