The earlier young people gain access to HIV prevention information and services, the better their chances of remaining healthy and protected. Prevention is most effective when it reaches individuals before risk becomes reality.
This principle guides our approach at EFI. We believe that adolescents deserve access to accurate information, supportive communities, and innovative prevention options that meet their unique needs.
Lenacapavir offers an exciting opportunity to improve HIV prevention outcomes by providing long-lasting protection that reduces the challenges associated with daily medication adherence.
As we continue preparing for future implementation, we are working to build awareness and strengthen community readiness. These efforts are essential to ensuring that prevention reaches those who need it most.
