Dear Partners,
Adolescent girls face unique challenges that can increase their vulnerability to HIV infection. Gender inequality, economic hardship, limited access to health information, and social pressures often create barriers to prevention.
Empowering girls with knowledge and access to prevention options is one of the most effective strategies for improving health outcomes and promoting equality. Through awareness campaigns and future support for long-acting HIV prevention solutions, EFI is committed to helping young women make informed decisions about their health.
When girls are protected from HIV, they are more likely to remain in school, pursue career opportunities, and contribute positively to their communities. Prevention helps preserve opportunities and strengthen futures.
We are grateful to our donors for supporting this vision. Their generosity is helping us prepare initiatives that place adolescent girls at the center of prevention efforts.
Together, we can empower girls, reduce vulnerability, and create healthier communities for generations to come.
