Violet is so happy to be home! When her human mom Lillian called us from Poland she was desperate to get home and escape abuse from her partner. Lillian did not want to leave Violet behind. Her abusive partner had withheld food and water from Violet as a punishment to Lillian. Sometimes he would scream and raise his fist to Violet. We were able to pay for the necessary vet certifications for Violet, buy her an airline approved crate and pay for her airfare backhome.
The look in Violet's eyes says it all. She is a little skiddish around men but with time she will feel safe around men again. Without donors like you Violet would not be home. Thank you so much for helping protect pets from domestic violence! The AODVC Team
