Protecting Tigers - October 2020 Update

By Tabitha Moore | Supporter Care & Database Executive

Thank you for supporting DSWF by donating to our tiger projects.

Amongst the global uncertainty brought about by Covid-19, your support has never been more important as conservation projects grapple to deal with limited resources, reduced tourism and increasing levels of poaching. Despite the devastating impacts of Covid-19 on conservation efforts, DSWF have pledged to maintain full levels of support across our whole conservation portfolio. This will stretch us to our financial limits, but we have no other option!

Tigers have made the news for various different reasons this year and our Programmes and Policy Intern, Linus Hiscox, had a deeper look into Captive Tiger Management: what separates the good, the bad and the ugly?

Your donations allow DSWF's partner projects to monitor key wild tiger populations to ensure viable and safe breeding conditions in their natural habitat. Find out how else you are protecting tigers.
