Story / Update
Persons with disabilities are an important part of our society and deserve equal opportunities, dignity, and access to essential facilities. Limited mobility often creates challenges in education, employment, healthcare access, and daily life activities for many individuals with disabilities.
To support and empower them, Alkhidmat Foundation organized a wheelchair distribution initiative in Peshawar, providing mobility support to deserving persons with disabilities. The wheelchairs will help beneficiaries move more independently, participate in social and educational activities, and improve their overall well-being.
This initiative reflects Alkhidmat’s commitment to promoting inclusion, accessibility, and dignity for vulnerable members of society. By providing assistive devices, the organization aims to help individuals become more active and confident participants in their communities.
The distribution activity also raised awareness about the collective responsibility to support persons with disabilities and ensure they receive the care and opportunities they deserve.
