Your Support Helps Displaced Families

By Marat Abdullaiev | Project Leader

Thanks to your support, we continue providing assistance to internally displaced families who were forced to leave their homes because of the war and rebuild their lives in new and unfamiliar conditions.

Today many internally displaced families face serious challenges: loss of employment, limited financial resources, the need to care for children, and the difficulty of adapting to life in a new city. For many of them, even basic necessities such as food and hygiene products place a heavy burden on the family budget. That is why regular humanitarian support remains extremely important.

With your help, our foundation continues to provide food packages and hygiene supplies to internally displaced families currently living in the Odesa region. This support helps people cover their basic needs and feel that they are not left alone in facing these difficulties.

An important part of our work is conducting regular needs assessments. Our volunteers and team members communicate with families to better understand their current situation and identify the type of assistance they need most. This approach allows us to make our support more targeted and effective.

For example, we prepare food packages based on the specific needs of different families. Families with small children may require certain food items and hygiene products, while elderly people may have different needs. This approach helps us better respond to the real needs of the people we support and use available resources more effectively.

Last week, our volunteers distributed 20 food packages to large families and single mothers among internally displaced persons. Before providing the assistance, our team conducted a needs assessment to identify the most necessary items for these families.

Many of the recipients are raising children on their own while also trying to adapt to new living conditions after being forced to relocate. For these families, support with food and essential hygiene products becomes a significant help in their daily lives.

We continue to stay in contact with families in order to understand how their situations change and which forms of support remain most relevant. This approach allows us to provide timely and truly meaningful assistance to those who need it most.

Thanks to your support, we can continue this work and help displaced families feel care and solidarity during this difficult time.

Thank you for supporting the people of Ukraine together with us.
