RECOMMENDATIONS & WAY FORWARD
To scale impact and ensure sustainability, we recommend:
1. Program Scale-Up: Expand to 10 public primary schools and 500 pupils in the 2027 edition.
2. Inclusion of Additional Supplies: Include school bags, socks, and writing materials in future kits.
3. Sponsorship Model: Establish an “Adopt-a-Pupil” donor framework to allow partners to sponsor individual children annually.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct termly follow-up visits to track attendance, retention, and academic performance of beneficiaries.
5. Strategic Partnerships: Seek co-funding partnerships with corporate organizations, NGOs, and international donors to multiply reach.
We sincerely appreciate our partners, volunteers, SUBEB, and school authorities for making this impact possible. We welcome donors and fundraising partners to join us in transforming more lives through education.
