This project provides clean, new clothing to orphaned children in North Kivu, DRCongo, where conflict and displacement have left many without basic needs. By offering clothing, we restore dignity, promote inclusion, and raise community awareness about the importance of supporting vulnerable children.
North Kivu, DRC, has been devastated by armed conflict and natural disasters, displacing thousands of children. Many orphans live in extreme poverty without basic clothing. This lack of proper attire causes shame, isolation, and health risks, leaving children vulnerable and excluded from social life and education.
We provide new, clean clothes to orphaned children at the FED Orphan Center in Goma. This simple yet powerful act restores dignity, reduces social stigma, and helps children integrate into school and community life. Each donation allows us to distribute age-appropriate clothing that boosts confidence and well-being.
By providing clothing, we promote long-term inclusion and emotional healing for orphaned children. This project builds a culture of care and solidarity in the community. Empowered children grow into active citizens, and awareness encourages local and global support for vulnerable populations in North Kivu.
