Lighting in the Dark Life !!

We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.

All days are same for the helpless and poor children live under the deep darkness of poverty. They move out with the very first light of the dawn in search of food and till evening keep wandering in the hope. Getting something to eat made their day, otherwise they have to sleep hungry on the ground very often. In such conditions, celeberating Diwali - the festival of lights is mere a dream for them. They can't do much more than watching other children celebrating Diwali.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan took a step for such poor and helpless children to help them and make them able to celebrate Diwali. In the collaboration with GlobalGiving Foundation, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organized a program for 100 street children near Parbatpura byepass to celebrate Diwali. More than 100 children were present in the program. At first, new clothes were given to all children which they wore and praised each others clothes. Then sweets were distributed to them which they enjoyed a lot and at last all children played with fireworks.

A siging and dancing program was also held for the children in which they danced with joy and some of them sang song and recited poems. Koman, 14 years child among them got her eyes full of tears on the ocassion. When our activist asked her, he also got sad knowing the reason. She told that her mother had died last year and since then no one was there to look after her. Her father was a boozer and keeps consuming liquor the whole day, she remebered her mother when the our activists gave her new clothes. She also told that she had such joy and happiness after a long period and felt affinity for which she thanked GlobalGiving Foundation and Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan.

Giving Tuesday India !!

Street Kids Celebrating Giving Tuesday India

Many Greetings from RSKS India!!

We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, distributed food packets to get innocent poor and helpless children some moments of joy and happiness in their life. On the ocassion of "Giving Tuesday India", Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan visited the slums at Transport Nagar and distributed chocholate, biscuits, kurkure, chips, rule, pastry, paties, and other delicious food stuffs to 30 such helpless children. All childre were so excited as they have neved had such food stuffs. So, they all enjoyed the food stuffs.

An entertainment program for the children was also held by the organisation in which they danced and sang songs with joy. The best among them was rewarded. At the end of the program, our activists played some interesting games with the children. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan bought them new clothes which made them so happy.

Prashant Kumar, the coordinator of the program, had interesting and knowledgeable conversation with the children and advised them to adopt the right way in the life. He also motived them to go to school. All children listened him sincerely and swore not to be a part of any immoral activity. Their parents also supported the coordinator and decided to send their children to schools. The parents thanked Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and GlobalGiving Foundation.
