The new Kimbilio Primary School opened its doors in October 2021.150 children are now receiving education - former street children amd children from families who live in the neighbourhood of the school who cannot afford state school fees. It is so important for children to receive an education so that they can acquire the knowledge and skills that will enable them to gain good jobs when they are older. Nine teachers have been recruited plus a p/t cleaner and a security guard.
This project enables us to pay the staff, buy uniform for the children and purchase teaching materials - exercise books, pencils, pens, chalk, IT equipment.
Thank you so much to all those who are contributing so generously to this project. It is making such a difference to young lives.
