Dear Alhassan donors, supporters, and believers

At Alhassan Foundation, we do our best to overcome the various challenges that face the differently-abled individuals through our eight developmental projects. The “Source of Income” project focuses on the financial independence aspect in wheelers’ lives.

Our project helps not only the differently-abled individuals but also plays a major role in improving their entire families’ lives. To cover the different beneficiaries’ needs and backgrounds, the project branches out into three sub-projects:

1-      Funding SMEs

2-      Occupational training

3-      Employment and networking

Through your donations during the past few months, we were able to facilitate financial independence and physical independence solutions for many members of Alhassan Foundation through our projects. These projects not only change wheelers’ lives, but they also impact their entire family's lives and improves their financial status.

Here is a wonderful story that shows the difference that Alhassan Foundation can make for wheelchair users.

Today's story confirms that there are no impossibilities if you have a strong will.

Badr, a 38-year-old man from Beheira Governorate, faced a life-altering challenge in 2014 when a car accident left him paralyzed from the waist down. However, he refused to surrender to adversity and chose to confront his new reality with determination and resilience.

In 2023, Alhassan Foundation provided him with support and helped him establish a small workshop for manufacturing shoes—a turning point in his life. With hard work and dedication, Badr managed to earn a living, and his workshop began attracting more customers day by day.

Over time, he expanded his business, transforming his small workshop into a large shoe store offering a wide variety of high-quality footwear. His success enabled him to distribute his products to different markets and create job opportunities for others. Badr’s journey stands as a testament to the power of determination, proving that strong will can turn the impossible into reality.

I would like to remind you all that without your support and your generosity, it would have been impossible for any of this to happen.

We want to thank every donor or supporter who helps us to achieve this success and we urge you to continue supporting us in our case, our hope, our dream through subscribing to monthly donation which helps us secure more funds to help more wheelchairs users and their families.
