Dear Supporter,
Today, we want to share the story of Ali—an eight-year-old child whose recovery was made possible through your generosity.
On the morning of September 28, Ali arrived at Al-Farabi Hospital in northern Syria in critical condition. He was suffering from a severe and persistent cough, a high fever, extreme paleness, and profound weakness.
His family had spent the entire night awake beside him as he struggled to breathe and could not stop coughing.
The moment Ali reached the hospital, our medical team began assessing and treating him. He received intravenous fluids, respiratory support, laboratory tests, and a chest X-ray.
The results confirmed that Ali was suffering from pneumonia, bronchitis, and a respiratory tract infection.
Because his condition required immediate intervention, our team had already begun an intensive treatment plan before the full diagnosis was confirmed. He received the medications, monitoring, and continuous care needed to stabilize his breathing and protect his life.
After a difficult week of treatment, Ali’s health improved, and he was safely discharged on October 5.
Your contributions helped make every stage of his recovery possible.
They ensured that Ali received urgent medical care without his family having to face the burden of treatment costs. Because of you, a frightened family was given hope—and a child who was struggling for every breath was able to return home smiling again.
Thank you for standing with vulnerable children and helping our hospitals remain open to families who have nowhere else to turn.
Together, we are not only treating illness—we are protecting childhood, restoring hope, and giving children like Ali the chance to breathe, heal, and live.
With heartfelt gratitude,
