Every year, trafficked children in Nigeria suffer abuse, trauma, and exploitation with little chance of recovery. Elite Star Foundation will provide psychosocial counseling, medical care, safe shelter, and family reintegration support for 150 rescued children. By partnering with law enforcement and trained counselors, we will heal trauma, restore dignity, and help children safely return to families or foster care-breaking the cycle of trafficking and giving them a chance at a stable future.
Nigeria is a source and transit route for child trafficking. Children are exploited in mining, street begging, and domestic servitude, suffering physical abuse and deep psychological trauma. After rescue, many receive no counseling or reintegration support, leaving them vulnerable to lifelong mental health issues, stigma, and re-trafficking. Without structured intervention, recovery and reintegration are nearly impossible.
Elite Star Foundation will support 150 trafficked children through psychosocial counseling, medical care, safe shelter, and family reintegration. In partnership with law enforcement, rescued children will receive individual and group therapy, health check-ups, nutritious meals, and protection. We will conduct family tracing, mediation, and follow-up support to ensure safe, sustainable reintegration.
This project restores healing, dignity, and stability to 150 severely traumatized children. By addressing trauma early and supporting safe reintegration, we prevent re-victimization and enable children to trust, learn, and socialize again. The long-term impact includes improved mental health, family stability, access to education or skills training, and stronger, safer communities.
