By Francis Osisiogu | Project Leader
Financial Overview
The project is currently in its early funding stages and faces a significant financial gap to initiate full operations.
Total Funding Goal: $12,000
Funds Raised to Date: $25
Remaining Balance Needed: $11,975
Donor Base: 2 one-time donors (0 recurring monthly donors)
Financial Assessment: With 99.8% of the funding goal remaining after four months, securing immediate financial support is the critical priority. The current funds are insufficient to commence the full scale of medical care, safe shelter logistics, and professional counseling required for the 150 children.
Operational Status
Because the project is highly dependent on reaching its funding milestones, physical interventions are currently pending financial backing. Once the funding gap is bridged, the foundation is prepared to execute its core solutions:
Deploying trained counselors for individual and group trauma therapy.
Partnering with law enforcement for the intake of rescued children.
Securing medical check-ups, nutritious meals, and safe shelter.
Initiating family tracing and mediation for long-term reintegration.
Next Steps & Strategic Focus
To move from the fundraising phase to active implementation, the immediate focus must shift toward community outreach, grant applications, and donor acquisition campaigns to close the $11,975 gap. Securing monthly, recurring donors will also be vital for the sustainability of the long-term reintegration and follow-up support phases.
