Zero Street Child Foundation is an Organization working with street children and families in kenya. Street families have become a menace in the country due to the large numbers especially in the capital Nairobi and other major towns. Our main initiative is rescue, re-integrate and educate street children which we undertake in our centre. Our project aim is to raise funds to accomplish the mission and reach out to as many street children as we can on the streets and transform their lives.
Due to the street family nuisance and being a major problem to the goverment and citizens, zero street being an organization volunteering to work on the street to reduce the high numbers. The high numbers of street families has caused high crime rate in our cities, drug abuse,, diseases and sexual exploitation.
Zero street has various initiatives to enable us solve this problem. We rescue, Rehablitate and Educate street children from different part of the country. Our centre is 100% for rehabilitating street children and transforming their lives. We are trying to reach out to as many children as possible on the street, because its much easier to transform the life of a child than of an adult. We have successfully enrolled them in schools and also re-integrate them back to their families
Since Zero Street started the charity initiatives,we have had very succesful transformation by rescuing, rehabilitating , re-integrating and educating the street children. We are planning to extend our centre facilities with funding and accomodate many more street children and open up more branches all over the country.
