During the past quarter, our team & teachers at Accra Metro School successfully stamped, sorted, and distributed a total of 227 cartons of books, amounting to 15,000 individual titles, among 22 schools in the Accra Metro area. This initiative aims to enhance the educational resources available to students and foster a love for reading within the community.
The process began with careful inventory management, ensuring that each carton was accurately labeled and categorized based on age appropriateness and subject matter. Our dedicated staff worked diligently to sort the books, prioritizing those that would best meet the needs of the diverse student population.
Once sorted, the cartons were efficiently distributed to the selected schools, where they will serve as valuable additions to existing libraries and classroom resources. This initiative not only aims to enrich the educational experience for students but also encourages literacy and a passion for learning.
