Yemenopp is providing assistance to women who support the families of those affected by the floods disaster by providing water and food and working to alleviate the shock and early recovery.
ecord floods occurred in Al-Qanawas district in Hodeidah governorate and the surrounding areas, and heavy rains have caused unprecedented damage to communities. Female-headed households are suffering a major crisis and no one can help them because the disaster affected the whole community and international organizations were unable to respond due to the lack of funding and the large scale of the disaster
These donations will support the recovery and relief efforts of (100 ) princes who support a poor family and provide them with clothes, clean water, food moreover assist them to rebuild their homes, replant their lands, and buy cows in order to start a dairy project.
As for women who support families, they have right of health and vitality, where every woman supports at least 7 children in the targeted areas. Also , we empower them so as to depend on themselves , have income for themselves and their children , develop them correctly from childhood and adolescence unto majority reaching in good health and contribute to the development of a more dynamic and productive community.
