Rehabilitate 150 Poor Street Children in Yemen

The new academic school year has started in Yemen. Millions of Yemeni children are out of school due to the ongoing war. In this stage, Support Yemeni Society Organization's Team distributed 40 school uniforms, 40 bags, school supplies, umbrellas, and hygiene kits to 40 street children in Sana'a. The boys were very happy. " Now I can go to school." "Thank you GlobalGiving, thank you, donors, thank you SYS Organization." A small boy said.

It is only a few days to EID Al-Fitr. On this happy occasion, Support Yemeni Society Organization's Team with the support of GlobalGiving and your generous donations continues implementing the humanitarian project "Rehabilitate 150 Poor Street Children in Yemen"  https://goto.gg/48264 . SYS Organization's Team distributed new clothes to 40 poor street children in Sana'a.

What we did so far

This is the fifth stage of this humanitarian project. In the previous four stages, SYS Organization's Team has done the following

- Distributing back-to-school supplies to 50 street children.

- Distribution of school uniforms to 30 street children

- Conducting psychological programs for 100 students

- Distributing umbrellas, water bags, pens, and notebooks.

The majority of Yemenis could not afford new clothes to their sons and daughters on this happy occasion Eid because of the ongoing war and the hard economic situation.
