In Bangladesh, the negative attitude of society towards the third gender (Hijra) continues to divert the third gender population from employment. As a result, many third-gender communities are living in misery. Many have resorted to begging and various forms of crime.
There are many real-life stories of transgender people that are quite sad. A member of the third gender is separated from the family at an early age. As a result, he is forced to live with the third-gender community, separated from normal society. There, he used to beg and do various kinds of criminal activities. But when he realizes that normal society requires him to participate, he joins the Pathway. After taking vocational training here, he is currently working for an organization.
The rehabilitation of many such third genders requires the cooperation of all.
