Kerala is improving fast from the big devastation in 2018. 75 more families have been helped with groceries which was washed away totally and they requested floor cleaners for their homes which were one feet mud covered. Changanaserry, Chengannur areas of Alappuzha District were covered during Phase II.
People request for Education supports for their Children. Education utilities for Children is an urgent need right now. Small things gifted to them will bring a great impact on their education. Many schools have been damaged.
Though we are not able to provide big buildings small repairs which are most urgent can be given now. In houses, small repairs which are most needed now. Many goods have been damaged especially electronic products. We visited houses of few families. Many of them said that small repairs, wood works have to do for a safe living. Some of them request for reconstruction of their homes that are completely demolished.
Request from people are:
• Education supplies for school going Children
• Electronic goods, mattresses, kitchen utensils for families
• Small repairs for their homes
• Reconstruction of highly damaged homes.
