Dear all,
We wanted to thank you for the continuous support and share a brief update on our emergency response in Lebanon.
Over the past months, the Clown Me In team has performed in 56 collective shelters, reaching more than 3,500 displaced children, caregivers, and families through psychosocial clowning, play, and creative activities.
While some shelters have now closed, displacement has not ended. Families remain scattered across different areas of the country, and many are preparing to return to communities that have been deeply affected by the war.
In response to this new phase, we are currently developing a clown performance on landmine awareness in partnership with humanitarian actors. The show uses humor, participation, and storytelling to communicate essential safety messages in an engaging and accessible way. We hope to present it to communities before they return to South Lebanon, helping them navigate the risks they may face while rebuilding their lives.
