Women and girl trainees at the Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan's Beautician Vocational Educational School faced challenges in building self-confidence and self-reliance. Many trainees, coming from diverse backgrounds, lacked the assurance to pursue their chosen careers and become independent professionals. This lack of self-esteem hindered their ability to fully grasp the training and translate it into successful careers in the beauty industry.

To address the self-confidence and self-reliance issue among the trainees, the CEO of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan took a proactive step by visiting the Beautician Vocational Educational School. During the visit, the CEO engaged in one-on-one interactions with the trainees, sharing inspiring stories of personal growth, emphasizing the importance of self-confidence, and highlighting the potential for success in the beauty industry. The CEO's motivational talk was supplemented with interactive sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations. Trainees were encouraged to voice their concerns and aspirations, fostering a sense of community and mutual support. The CEO also introduced mentorship programs and networking opportunities, connecting trainees with successful professionals in the beauty industry to further boost their confidence and self-reliance.

The CEO's visit and motivational interactions had a profound impact on the trainees of the Beautician Vocational Educational School. This recognition was bestowed upon us by FVTRS India during the 15th National Skill Conference, which took place in Bengaluru.

We are deeply honored and humbled to receive this accolade, which is a testament to RSKS unwavering commitment to skill development for the youth. Humanitarian Shelter & Hygiene Relief !!

Many Greetings from RSKS India Family ......

After the devastating Biporjoy Cyclone, slum and street families faced dire living conditions, grappling with the loss of basic amenities, shelter, and hygiene facilities. The cyclone's devastation compounded their challenges, leading to unsanitary conditions that posed significant health risks to these vulnerable families. Lack of access to proper sanitation, and personal hygiene items further exacerbated their plight, making them susceptible to various illnesses and infections.

Recognizing the urgent need to address the hygiene and health concerns of the affected families, the Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS) took proactive steps to alleviate their suffering. The solution came in the form of Hygiene Kits that contained essential items for promoting cleanliness and personal well-being. These kits included buckets for water storage, tarpaulins for temporary shelter, toothbrushes, toothpaste, sanitary napkins, and soaps. RSKS's team members efficiently distributed these Hygiene Kits to each of the 350 families, ensuring that the most vulnerable members of the community, including women and children, received the support they needed. The distribution was accompanied by guidance on proper hygiene practices, empowering families to maintain better health in their challenging circumstances.

The impact of RSKS India's humanitarian effort was substantial and multifaceted. By providing Hygiene Kits to the 350 slum and street families affected by the Biporjoy Cyclone, RSKS not only addressed their immediate hygiene needs but also restored a sense of dignity and hope. The kits played a pivotal role in improving the overall health conditions of these families, reducing the risks of waterborne diseases and infections. The families expressed heartfelt gratitude for RSKS India's timely intervention. Beyond the physical items, the initiative conveyed a message of solidarity and care, reminding the families that they were not alone in their struggle.
