DTI Foundation Activity Report
Rwanda
DTI Foundation is an international non-profit organization based in Barcelona dedicated to improving organ donation and transplantation systems through training, consultancy, and capacity building.
In Rwanda, DTI Foundation has contributed to strengthening healthcare professionals’ knowledge in organ donation and transplantation through international training initiatives.
Healthcare professionals from Rwanda have participated in the TPM (Transplant Procurement Management) training program, an international course developed by DTI focused on donor detection, donor management, and transplant coordination. This program provides specialized theoretical and practical training for professionals involved in organ donation processes.
Participation in these training activities enables healthcare professionals to acquire knowledge and skills related to the organization and management of organ donation systems.
Through these initiatives, DTI Foundation contributes to strengthening professional capacity and supporting the development of organ donation and transplantation practices in Rwanda.
