This project supports the construction of a technical school in Rwanda to provide young people with practical, hands-on vocational training that leads to employment and economic stability. Many young people lack access to skills-based education, limiting their ability to support themselves and contribute to their communities. Through this project, we will build safe classrooms, workshops, and essential infrastructure to train students in marketable trades.
In Rwanda, many young people cannot access affordable vocational training that leads to jobs. Those from low-income areas often leave school without practical skills because technical centers are few, crowded, or too distant. This leads to unemployment, unstable incomes, and fewer economic opportunities for families.
This project will build a technical school in Rwanda, including classrooms, workshops, and the necessary infrastructure. Funding will cover building materials and the hiring of skilled local workers. When completed, the school will offer hands-on training to help young people develop practical skills for employment or self-employment in their communities.
The technical school will give young people lasting access to skills-based education, helping them find jobs and earn more. Graduates will bring valuable skills to their communities, supporting family stability and local economic growth. Since the school is permanent, it will help students and families for years to come.
