Annual fire extinguisher recharge, due to charge expiration of the 15 existing fire extinguishers in the CRAN Foundation.
Calibration and biannual certification of scales and grameras of the Cran Foundation.
Quarterly standard mass certification of the scales and grameras.
Preventive maintenance ovens, stoves, refrigerators, fryer, service line; this maintenance includes cleaning of ducts, checking for leaks and correcting them (if applicable), revision of the structure in general.
Maintenance of electrical installations (offices, houses, lighting), repair of electrical points that show partial or total damage.
Hydro-sanitary maintenance (toilets, urinals, sinks and showers), change of hydro-sanitary installations with dripping or wear and tear.
Pruning of green areas, maintenance of live fences and gardens.
