What has been done this year is preventive maintenance of hydraulic, sanitary, electrical installations and infrastructure (walls, floors, doors and windows), humidity in walls, broken glass, leaks in ceilings, painting on house ceilings, cleaning and repair of rainwater gutters from houses
Right now it is being done, maintenance of kitchen facilities, repair of floor nozzles, maintenance and cleaning of stoves and refrigerators, conditioning of cold rooms for food storage (plating), painting of ceilings
Maintenance of lawns and gardens go two this year
Grease trap cleaning, drinking water tank washing and vector fumigation Hot water boiler maintenance and repair.
